Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone own a serval or caracal as a pet (or breeds them)? Are females really better? What are your experiences?

I'm trying to locate breeders in Canada but there's only one I've found so far and they get to charge crazy high prices because they are the only ones around... grrrr.


Also, anyone that owns prairie dogs, post your pictures here (I know they are cute 1000 times a day so some of those moments must be on film) ;)

I really wish they would lift the ban on these guys.... especially captive breeding and selling them. Ours are a few years old and I couldn't imagine life without them!

Just trying to get more life into the mammal boards, most herpers can't help but have something furry :)
