    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Here are some pictures of my trio of Argentine tegus.

Nice looking bunch, Bobby!!

I wish we had more room (or didn't live in the tundra so I could keep them outdoors), I would love to have one....or maybe 2 or 3....LOL.

Thanks Cathy!! :) Also they would need a fair size cage if kept indoors. I have a huge showcase I use when I bring them in (Probably 400 gallon).

they are very nice . i was going to ask if they stayed outdoors year round but i guess not if you got a case inside for them .

Yes, they stay outside all year. But I do keep more than these three. I have had up to 30 at one time. They were not all adults though. :)

30 , thats alot of critters . i just noticed your in fla . i guess down there you can get away with outdoor caging . here in va i could do it maybe 6 months out of the year but it gets to cold here in the winter .

They are very cool looking, Bobby. I didn't realize they were so big until I saw your pics.

Thanks for the kind comments! They do get large. About five foot for a adult male. The females I have are all around four foot long.

That enclosure is 8ft x 6ft x 6ft. I do have some 8ft x 8ft x 6ft as well.
