In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My girl may be getting better.

Well, Aurora's wheezing is not nearly as pronounced as it was the day I brought her back home. It is still present, but seems to be subsiding somewhat.
She has been a little active the last couple days, and about 3 am this morning, I woke up, and checked on her. I found her on her hot spot, and this off to the side..............

Never seen such a nasty looking pooh come out of My girl. Is this what I hear mentioned as a prebirth waxy stool? (Yeah, I'm a newb, and this is My first. :raspberry ) I have baggied it because I can get a couple tests out of the way with it (I hope), without having to disturb Aurora.

Any help?

Rick

She settled in OK IMO after the trip. Now if she'll hold off a little while longer, and let Me get a better hold on the RI, I would probably not worry so much, and be waking up at 3 am. LOL She is at day 109 near as I can tell from the numbers I was given.

Glad to hear there is some improvement!! Hope everything works out, fingers crossed for ya here!!!
:)

So glad to hear she's doing better!!!

And the girl DOES look huge.....here's hoping the next pics will be beautiful BABY pics!!! :)

She is such an awesome snake, good luck with her. Did you get any records on her? That would help you get an idea of when she is getting ready to birth. Is that the new cage you just built recently? It looks even better with her in it!!

Hey, thanks everyone. I am hoping for the same of course. :D It would be nice to get this over with, and get her to eat something. She has not gone 4 months without food EVER. LOL (I know it's natural, but I still don't like it.)

And yes, that's the new cage that I built. She seems to like it. I think it blends well with her coloring. (what little there is). I am totally amazed at how much darker her usually white area's have become. They are almost purple now, and have never really showed up very well in the past. Too bad she wont stay that way. I kinda like the look. HA HA

Thanks again,
Rick

wow Rick she is beautiful. im glad she is getting better. about that stool i wouldent worrk to bad, because when i was breding BCI with a friend a few years ago. i noticed a couple of our females had stools like that, but i would still get it checked out. i hope everything goes goos for you. take care

I'm not really worried about the turd. Just wondering if it was a waxy stool or not. Never seen one, so I didn't know. I know it looks different than her usual.
I am having it tested for other reasons. She has been in someone elses care for about 10 months. So fecal, as well as other tests will be done to play things safe.

Thanks again for the replies.

Rick

Well i think the testing is a great idea too. It's always better to be safe than sorry, to bad i didnt think about that a while ago. take care
