LIFETIME TRADE IN POLICY:
We also have the industry's only Lifetime Trade In Policy. If you are one of the many herpers that have always wanted to get a beautiful burmese morph but are concerned about the rate of growth or eventual size then this is certainly the policy for you. What it basically boils down to is that you can trade back your albino granite at any time for a new baby of equal value. It can be any species or morph. If the value is different on what you want to trade for then the difference can be paid in cash and on a payment plan.
PAYMENT PLANS
We have the easiest and simplest payment plans in the entire industry. We don't have “set minimums” and we don't have set timeframes. One can simply send as much or as little, as often or as infrequent as they wish. All one needs to do to initiate a payment plan is to send a first payment of 50 dollars to open a payment plan account. When we receive a first payment we create a Payment Plan file folder for that customer outlining what they are getting, how much they sent, and how much is still remaining. Then we send the customer a copy for their records. Then, whenever we receive another payment we send the customer a "Payment Received Invoice" describing the amount of the new payment, how much has accumulated toward the animal/s and how much is remaining. It's all very simple and straightforward.
