    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well, I had intended to use this land but ended up buying in Mexico instead.. So I have 5 nice acres about 30 minutes north of excellent skiing in Taos, NM... Thisis in Southern central CO and it's just very basic land, if it wasn't it would be priced at $2,000 an acre.. This has to go as 5 full acres and is priced at $10,000 trade...

I'm open to any trades for visual morphs... I know that the balls aren't moving super fast this year so it should be a good chance to swap some babies and get something that won't be hard to sell or just keep it and enjoy... Nice piece of land. I would love to pitch a tent right there and stay. Is it zoned for residential.
 
Yes it's residential land and they aren't uptight, earthship, tent, camper.... It's pretty laid back...
