    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

baby box turtles cb 05 & 06 and soon 07

i have a few captive bread 3 toed and ornate box turtles in perfect health and becoming active as they are slowly coming out of hibernation. all of a sudden i have several babies running around the yard. these are not inbred. these are quarter to half dollar in size. i do not or did not remove these or any other turtle from the wild. i have either bought them or nursed them back from injuries. the re-habilited ones when permitted have been returned to the wild. for the last 3 years i have released 15 captive breed hatchlings as soon as the are eating and show no signs of ill health. i have a female with missing front feet so i assumed that she would not be able to survive and just die. she is in perfect condition and laying eggs which i did not expect. some are 2005 and some are 2006. 2007 will be hatching later in the year. they are currently inside and well cared for. i have years of experience in keeping turtles and other pets. i prefer pick up only if possible. the weather must warm up for suitable shipping. i am in the kc. mo. area. email [email protected]
