    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

finally have a use....

i built this HUGE cage last summer (2005). Definately not the best looking thing, but it was a nice day, I had a lot of beer to drink, and all the pieces were just laying around pre-cut (ok, i did have to cut 1 piece i think).

its 4x2x4 with sliding glass front.
I didn't have a use for it
its just been sitting around... used it as storage for awhile, and most recently used as a halfway house for a wayward turtle...

unfortunately the camera is MIA, but I'm happy to announce i FINALLY have a good use for this gigantic cage...

Picked up a pair of adult Coastal Carpets this weekend :)

Picked up the male from Lower Ground Reptiles. He's HUGE. Pushing 8' long and weighing in at 10.5 pounds, and is about 5 years old.

The female came from Yasser @ Spitfire Reptiles. She's 6 years old, and smaller than the male at about 6-7 feet and 7.5 pounds... I actually picked her up for a friend of mine, but she'll be staying with me till he comes to pick her up :)

Well find that camera and show some pics. I picked up a big coastal female for a friend this past weekend, didn't realise just how big she was till I had to ship her yesterday. Her and a Male Biak tipped the scale at 16 pounds with the box.... Randy

not having the camera is killing me
i'm pretty sure at this point that I left it in Seattle at my parents place
fortunately I'll be back up there on Friday

snagged a couple pics with my phone that I'll pull off here a lil later...
