    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a Helix Thermostat. It's an older model I think than what is currently out there, but works great. Has a cord that you can attach to a timer, so that you can have a night time drop in temperature.

These things go for $129 or so. My great price... you name it. First good offer I get takes it.

I just want someone to get some good use out of this now that I won't have the opportunity to anymore

You said it is a older model so how about 40 bucks I need one really bad! I dont have alot of money right now cause of the holidays coming up.
 
Hey - I have a couple offers for about $60 shipped. I'm going to wait till tomorrow and the first serious offer for that amount or better takes.

Ummm, I posted it up for the first good offer. I've gotten several replies from people through emial and PM's. the highest was $60 and they all came in very close together. I'm closing the door on the offers tomorrow and will ship out to whomever is serious and it's looking like around $60. If this person is not serious I will go down the line.
