    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Help! Please!

:shrug01: Can I give my dragons earthworms, red wigglers, or redworms? What kind of live food can they eat besides crickets? :shrug01:

Any info will help. THANKS!

I would stay away from the types of woms you have listed. One thing is where are you getting these worms from. I would be very careful of the possible parasites these worms can carry. Many breeders on here use roaches and there several types available. Meal worms can work but it will take a mountain of them to feed a grown dragon. Silkworms and Phoenix worms are great, too. You can google these types or check on here to see some of the regulars sell these types of food. I know sammy SHRAP has a sales ad in the feeding section for roaches. This a good viable food source. Best I can do right now but you can email me at [email protected] and I can probably come up with a better list with some time. Thanks Mike

Superworms are another good source of live food for dragons, as are things like silkworms and, as mentioned, roaches. Waxworms make a good live "treat". I buy all of my feeder insects at reptilefood.com, and have had wonderful luck.

Is there a particular reason you are looking to feed something besides crickets, or just looking for some variety for your dragon?

Also, for future reference, you should post things like this in the Bearded Dragon discussion forum, not the classified ads. ;)

roaches!!! NO WAY! Can't do! I will look into the others you both have gave me tho. I'm just trying to give my dragons something more. One of my dragons won't eat crickets. Thanks, you both have been very helpfull.
