In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He finished my rack!!

I so love my boyfriend!! He built this rack for me so we wouldn't have tanks all throughout the house. Right now it has my 4 bp's and my hogg island male. I'm getting my hogg island female on Sunday and she'll be staying in my room for a few months for quarantine. Had to show some pics of him standing proudly by his creation. The only downside, it's tall. I'm 5'3'' and he's 5'8''. That makes this rack a little tall for me. So it might be a challenge for me to put anyone in the 2 top racks

Very nice!
Good boyfriend! I can't imagine my husband building something for me......whipping out the credit card (that I have to pay) yes.....but building?! That took some work! Good Boyfriend!

a problem getting things on the top shelves? I would think that the bigger problem would be that both ends of the rack are blocked, lol. Now you have to move the rack to access the tubs (except the top one)
If he has a free weekend coming up, I'll have all the lumber and tools ready when he is...I need to build one for my bullsnakes & just can't seem to find the time.

We figured that one out and placed the rack on sliding casters so I can roll it out when I need to clean and water. This also keeps the cats and child out, so he kinda planned it that way. He wants to try and figure out how to place a lock on it so we can change it around and not worry about little paws(cats' and kid's) opening them up. We're also getting rid of the entertainment unit soon so it won't be a problem.

Thanks all. He said it gave him good practice for when he has to make a hatchling rack later this year for me. Can't wait to see how that one comes out. He wants to try a couple of different things. He got the plans off of Clay's site on how to build this one and was very happy with it. So a BIG THANK YOU to you Clay for the plans.

Could you email those plans to me. Thanks

Sincerely,

The rack looks great. I'm glad the plans helped you out.
I'm currently finishing up a new rack design using hollow core doors to hold 41qt sterilites and is way easier to construst too. Hopefully I'll have the plans posted next week. Takes me longer to get the page up than it does to build the rack.
I'll eventually be building one to fit those CB-110s based on the same design.

Could you email those plans to me. Thanks

Sincerely,

THEREALMIKEMOORE
