Greenwich mockingbird
I'm looking for male Okeetee that hatched in 2006.
Must be well started (eating fuzzies or small hoppers by now), must take F/T prey, and have a good temperment (as vast majority of corns do).
The snake will eventually end up in the hands of my little brother after I quarantine it for him. He has an '06 female Okeetee purchased at Sac show - it is his first snake, he takes excellent care of her, and he is interested in breeding her when she's big enough. We told him he could only have one until he demonstrated he can care for it, and that he has done.
His breeding desire is strictly hobby, not business - but I still think it best not to mix it with another phase, and have steered him in that direction.
True locality Okeetee is not a must as we did not verify his female was locality or just "Okeetee" pattern phase, so we won't sell/give her offspring as "true locality" even if the male is. But it must take f/t prey and have a good temperment. They do not have ability (frequent pet store visits) to deal with the needs of a snake that prefers live prey.
