    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

IMPORTANT DETAILS PERTAINING TO THIS SALE:

My name is David Polur and for around 9 years I kept and bred Green Tree Pythons unitl about 3 years ago when I sold my collection and decided to dabble in ball pythons on the side. Those who are into the chondro scene may have heard of me before or have some offspring that I produced. I did alot of work with lemon tree and high yellow crosses. This is just a bit of background info to let you know you are dealing with an honest and professional individual. if you need references I'm sure I can find some or ask about me on chondroweb.com, I'm sure there are some people still their that bought from me. Or do a google search for my name and arboreal addict im sure there could be some pics or info on animals i have sold.

The the reason for the low pricing on these animals is that they are not in ideal condition. I had to go out of the country due to an emergency for over a year and left my collection to be watched by a "friend." To make a long story short I came back to find the animals extremely underweight and a bad mite problem. So here is the dilemna; I can fatten them up since they are all eating and selling them at normal market value but unfortunately I recently spent some time in the hospital and have a debt related to that and not being to function or work productively for a while. So this is an EMERGENCY SALE. This means I need to get cash or paypal for them right away and have them picked up soon after. Please contact me or reply with specific questions and I will answer them ASAP. All Males are feeding on MICE (usually live but have taken F/T, females eat FT med rats, The pastel female is a problem feeder! She ate consistantly on FT rats for the previous owner but for me nothing but fuss. She took a live mouse one time after being offered them before with no interest. Unfortunately I had no choice but to let her go with hamster which she pounds. Please understand I have worked with problem feeder chondros, THE WORST of them, and had much success. The truth is I have had too many personal issues come up recently to devote the time and attention to getting her to eat right. I haven't done hamster scenting or adequate teasing, etc, etc. In the right hands these will make excellent feeders and breeders. All are CB, between 3-4 years old and have had over a year off from breeding although are very underweight now. That's it in a nutshell.
