I have a transaction that I have been long trying to resolve with Jordan and wanted to find out if anybody knew if he has been tied up with other personal matters....he hasn't responded to my email messages lately so I was just curious to see if others have experienced any problems. &nbsp;Definitely not trying to start a flame war but I would like to resolve a long outstanding matter (in case you happen to read this Jordan and not my email messages...I would like to hear from you!<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>. &nbsp;I appreciate your help.

I have also been having QUITE a time getting ahold of him. &nbsp;NOT to talk down about him, but I too am trying to get a matter resolved. &nbsp;He has been to my house twice and he IS a good guy. &nbsp;I just get frustrated when he has my phone number and I have emailed him with no response. &nbsp;He knows I am waiting and trying to be patient, but when is enough enough? &nbsp;It takes two seconds to call or drop a response to one of my 2 emails since Friday.

It looks as if I am not the only one waiting on Jordan to settle some issues!

I have left numerous messages with someone at his house, on his answering machine, cell phone voice mail and e-mail. spam_It is starting to get very irritating and my patience is running low.

My next step is to take legal action!

To be fair to Jordan, he probably had something come up... I mean come on, everyone knows him and this is definately out of the ordinary for him. &nbsp;I completed a deal with him only a month or so ago and posted on here because I couldn't contact him... I was just jumping the gun... Can I join the club. It's been nearly a month since I received my four wonderful "females". One was a male, two had a respiratory infection and they were all much smaller than he led me to believe except for the male. I have sent at least a half dozen emails and called, but nothing.
Can't wait to do business with him again.

Hello-

I haven't had time to be online, let alone do anything since school started. I am in College full time, as well as working full time. I've made the decision to sell what remains of my reduced collection completely, as I don't have the time to maintain it, or deal with the customer service aspects, as you see here.

For the 4 people that have been trying to reach me. My cell phone is down, It should be up shortly. I pretty much get home from work, eat dinner and go to bed. So I admit, and apologize for being difficult to reach. On top of this I just tried to login to my PythonProductions@user.kingsnake.com email account, and my password will not work? Not sure what's going on. The only reason I am even online looking at this, is because a friend called and told me about this. Please email me here and we can rectify this matter. JordanNRussell@aol.com I am selling the remainder of my animals locally if possible. (although there isn't much left.) Or call (714)771-5828. I am not looking to rip anyone off, I think anyone who knows me knows this. I obviously am lacking the time for proper customer service, this is the main reason why I have decided to take a hiatus from reptiles until school finishes.

Jordan is a good guy with good intentions. He's an amazingly busy person for his age and works very hard. If you have problems reaching him I'm sure its not because he doesn't want to talk, he's probably in school or at work. He'll continue to have my trust and business. And if you're the guy that got the male ball that was supposed to be a female, that is my fault. I gave him, in a trade deal, what I honestly thought was a female ball and it turned out to be a male. If that is you and you see anything on my available list that you are interested in (south coast reptiles) I'll give you a discount to help make up for it.

I second Giantkeepers post. Jordan is one industrious young man, and often is at work or at school or on line or takeing acre of his snakes. There have been times when I called but couldnt get ahold of him, but he returned the call every time with an apology that he was tied up in school &nbsp;or work.
Jordan &nbsp;IS the broker that I deal with when I do buy from brokers. And he also breeds snakes. &nbsp;Not bad at all...........

Well Paul, I can say he owes me allot more than he owes you! However it has only been a little over a month that I have been waiting. So I guess you beat me in that respect.

I have been waiting on a refund of $750 for a snake that I purchased from him that ended up being very ill. I contacted him on the same day I received it to inform him of the problem and told him that I wanted to send it back. He said OK but I told him that I wouldn't send it back until my money was refunded to me. Unfortunately the animal died a short time after and now I have no animal and no refund.

I have been in contact with Jordan almost regularly, except for the past few days, trying to get this resolved. He told me he doesn't have the money to refund me and offered animals as a way of compensation. Unfortunately it was all animals that I have no interest in.

He seems like a good kid but, as far as I am concerned, business is business. I sent my funds immediately when purchasing the animal and there is no reason why my refund should not have been as quick.

He may be very busy with school and work but unfortunately that is not my problem! I am trying to avoid taking drastic measures but I will do what I have to do to get what is rightfully mine. I think I have been very patient through all of this but my patience is wearing thin! He needs to rectify this matter and needs to do it very soon!

Looks like I am out $100 on trade deal with him. All the animals I received from him were in good shape though a few were mis-sexed. The deal was fine without the $100 or I wouldnt have shipped him his animals in the first place but If you are going to agree to it, then do it! Seems the inability to sex snakes and send promised money is somewhat habitual. Too bad, seemed like a good guy.

I've had two or three interactions with Jordan and also think he's a good guy who needs to simplify his life.

Several years ago Jordan and I discussed a trade, and in the midst of setting-up the logistics of the deal, he seemed to fall off the face of the earth. He stopped replying to e-mails, and after several days I finally sent him an e-mail saying, "If I don't hear from you in the next 24 hours, the trade is off". The time period passed, but several days later I got a call from the Delta shipping office saying that a shipment had arrived for me from Jordan Russell.

Jordan had gone ahead and sent the animals without contacting me. I told Delta that they would have to return the Boas to Jordan, which they did.

I e-mailed Jordan again, and he responded saying that he never received my e-mail about the 24 hour timeline...but in the body of his e-mail was MY e-mail that he said he never received! He simply had not taken the time to read my e-mail...

The two nicest snakes I have were purchased from Jordan for a great price, and I'll always be glad for that...but I don't think he should be transacting business that he can't expedite in a timely manner.

Still waiting for jordan to "simplify his life". Must be nice being that complex. I hear rumor he sold the halms at a nice profit. Good for him but he should probably finish paying for them. I will post asap if he should fix this.

As I had posted before, Jordan is out of town until the end of this month. So there is no way anyone is going to hear from him until then. As far as the Halmas go, I don't think he profitted one red cent...he was trying to make sure they were going to be well looked after since he had to go out of town unexpectedly.
