I resently made two different purchases from Greg Riso, there's not enough room on this page to describe what a wonderful experience it was to purchase from him!
I got 1.1 albino burms from him on two seperate deals.They were everything he said thay were & more! Mite free,healthy and VERY docile.
 I HIGHLY recommend Greg.I've had the snake long enough to know their in excellent health,that's why I waited awhile before I posted about my experience with Greg.
He answered ALL my e mails, trust me, when it comes to me buying a snake from someone I've never done business with..........I have ALOT of questions. <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

I couldn't agree more. I ordered a Burmese python from Greg and just recieved him today. I was a little worried about the python being shipped to my door due to the cold weather here in IL, but when I took the little guy out, he was warm as could be! Greg did a terrific job packing him for the cold weather. I looked over the Burm and he is perfectly healthy, and one of the most attractive Burms I have ever seen... and 100% docile, even after that long trip! Greg answered all my questions and worked very quickly. I recently purchased & received an "UNBELIEVEABLE" purple Surname female from Greg Riso (last week - 03/29/02). spam_
To date, I really haven't bought too many reptiles off of the the internet but out of the one's that I have bought, Greg "blows all the rest of the seller's out of the water" with his care & professionalism. spam_(In general, I've just purchased True Redtails)
I would have to say that Greg's care & packing job was TOP NOTCH! spam_He definitely does NOT cut any corners when it comes to the care & shipping of his reptiles. spam_I also would like to add that if - I had boxed her up myself, that I could not have out done Greg's packing job. spam_
It was just OUTSTANDING!!!

HE's the bomb! spam_VERY PROFESSIONAL!! spam_And is extremely helpful after the sale as well. (which also A "BIG" PLUS+)

I would highly recommend buying anything from Greg Riso & look forward to buying from him again, in the near future.

One major beef that i have with this industry is all of the window shoppers and prospective buyers that will ask you to hold an animal for them and never follow through with payment or notification of non-interest. This why I tell potential buyers that I will no longer hold an animal(s) unless I receive payment or at the very least a small deposit on the animal(s) via paypal or a money order sent express. That being said, I went back on my word for Greg after numerous e-mails expressing interest in an animal I had for sale. He let me know that he could not afford to pay the full balance and promised to have the money in a few days. After the second day of contact he asked if i could hold the animal for him and sounded ginuinely honest in his demeanor so, I pulled the animal from the market. Low and behold, a few days later most of the money came through as promised and then the rest a couple of days afterward. Now, I have never purchased an animal from Greg but, came close a few months back when he had an animal that I needed for a project. I was a little late in my inquiry but, he directed me to where the animal was originally purchased stating that he may have a few left. Once again, i was too late &nbsp;but, Greg was very helpful. I will not hesitate to do business with him in the future.

Ray, I appreciate your positive feedback but with all of the transactions you handle you're a little confused about the payment situation. When I decided on the animal you had advertised I told you up front I only had $525 of the $585 total needed in my Paypal account and that it would take up to 4 business days for me to transfer the balance from my checking account to Paypal. The initial payment of $525 was made to you within minutes. The balance of $60 was then immediately sent to you after clearing from my checking to Paypal account a few days later. Affordability was never an issue just the logistics of how best to get the money to you. This was all known and agreed to going into the deal and I did everything by the numbers as promised. Just wanted to clarify this so there's no confusion as it's not my policy to buy anything I can't afford or don't have money for. And yes, we definitely will do more business in the future. I only live about 1 hr and 1/2 from him so i decided to take the trip down to see him in person. Well needless to say he showed us his snake room,it has to be one of the best I have ever seen, Greg takes such great care in his animals it is just amazing how well cared for they are.He has everything from temperture to humidity just right.I am planning on doing almost all of my business with Greg from now on.What ever he does not have he finds for me. He is a true gentlemen and a true snake enthuist,willing to do whatever it takes to help you out,and answer any questions you have. I highly recommened Greg to everyone. Once again I made another snake purchase from Greg, I recently bought a pair of baby dummeril boas from him. They are 100% healthy and are everything and more then he said they were. They have to be 2 of the best dums ive ever seen.I cant say enough good stuff about Greg ,He is one of the most knowledgeable snake enthuiast I know, He takes supurb care of all his snakes.Once again I highly recommened Greg to anyone. spam_ Keep up the great work Greg

Just received a ball python from Greg today. The animal is quite nice and has already acclimated well to its new surroundings, having already taken its first meal here just hours after coming home. It was a real pleasure to meet Greg at White Plains today! In the future, if I am in the market for anything that he has, I would have no hesitation dealing with him again.

I very recently (today) received a beautiful Brazilian Rainbow Boa female from Greg. &nbsp;I am in total awe of this fine Boa. &nbsp;It took me forever to find a quality snake of this breed that I am hooked on. &nbsp;But finally there is Greg. &nbsp;Great guy to work with and extremely helpful! &nbsp;If I EVER am in the market to buy another snake, he will be the first person I contact. &nbsp;And as for free marketing, word of mouth can be a very powerful thing! &nbsp;I will recommend Greg for any snake need! &nbsp;Keep up the awesome work!!
