Every single Herper needs to send in 22 letters to the 22 members of the sub committee about to have a hearing regarding the future of our industry. This is the very least you can do!

I put together a little video explaining an easy way to print the letters that does not involve cut and paste or any technical computer savvy for the least geeky of computer users. I put the file together for you. All you have to do is print it. Anyone can do this. In fact, even if you do not have a printer, you can do this! Click and watch this video to see how you too can make a contribution to this cause:

Now. Every one of us can have a much larger role in helping with this effort! I have uploaded a video here that explains it all. No typing except a short email. You too can make a HUGE difference sending in hundreds of signed letter like I am going to do. Watch this video:

And finally, I have a little video for you Herpers who have done nothing and have no intention of doing anything. This one is for you:

Thank you,

I not only sent the letter myself...
I'm making "kits" up that have the envelopes(with names written on them already), the manila envelope(already addressed to Tom Wolfe), and printed copies of the letter.
So they just have to put return addys on the 22 envelopes, sign the letters and then stuff and mail.
Make it easy as pie! And the whole "kit" cost me $2.73 each.

Should all 22 individually signed and addressed letters go in their own separate envelopes before being sent to Tom Wolfe or can the whole stack of 22 (or 220) letters be sent without them being put into individual envelopes?

Thanks for makinh this so easy Jeff.

I have 25 sets of the letters that I had my co-workers sign. I also have a copy that I signed and my wife is working with the people at her school to have them do copies as well. Most of these people don't even like reptiles but are doing this. I have also went to the local news papers, tv stations as well as sending e-mails, calls and letters to congressman and senators. I even went so far as to send a letter and e-mail to President Obama letting them all know how I feel about HR669. Please join in and do what you can so we can stop this bill. The 22 letters are very easy to do and only takes a couple of dollars and a few minutes. Imagine the statement this could make if we could fill the desks of these politicians with all of these letters. Thanks for your time.

I'm on board! I'm going to even print packets for family, friends and anyone else I can think of to help the cause.
Great idea, Jeff!

I think Tuesday is the deadline on these so anyone sending them in now better overnight them. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on that deadline.
