What is a beaver-tail uro and is it taken care of the same as a mali?

Actually I've seen that ad and it's not a uromastyx. It's a Xenagama Taylori (Dwarf Shield Tailed Agama). Here's a caresheet http://gherp.com/taylori/xenagama.htm that I found online.
