CB 40 Inch Male Chacoan Tegu

I have a 40 inch CB Male Chacoan for sale in the Phoenix area. He has been a great pet, and is around 1.5 years old. He's currently pounding medium rats, and is from Agama International stock. He is very docile, I just need to make room in my house for more snakes. I'm asking $200 for him, but I'm open to offer. E-mail me with any questions. I really do not want to ship him, it's too hot here, I'd like to sell locally, and I'm willing to drive a couple hours to meet someone. Thanks.
