Shipping:
I ship monday through Thursday. Shipping is done via Fedex and UPS. Saturday delivery is $15 extra and is done via UPS.
*I guarantee live arrival in temps between 40F and 90F, and 2 hours after delivery if signed for**. I require a photo of the DOA animal and a photo of it's setup if not immediately DOA (Within 2 hours).
**If not signed for the guarantee is gone due to the animal possibly being left outside when it should have been indoors or in a pond. This applies to Live arrival and 2 hours after guarantee.
