My guess would be an Everglades Rat.

Yes it's an Everglades out of S.Western St. Lucie County, Fl.

Thanks! It's hard to find "true everglades" anymore. With the draining of the habitat the yellow rat snakes are invading and interbreeding with the origional everlades ssp.
