Does anyone know the name of the reptile bedding that looks like real small rectanguler pieces of wood? Its suposed to be safe even if swallowed. I usually keep all my snakes on paper towel or b/w newspaper but I have a few nervous pines that I would like to provide a burrowing medium for. I would also be interested in any other safe bedding recomendations. Thanks

i use aspen for my BP and my Corns, it's not dusty, and it's good if they don't need the moisture/humidity. (for that, i use cypress mulch).

hope this sorta helps.

sani-chips is the bedding made of little rectangular chips. They are not so good for burrowing though, they tend to compact pretty tight.

Thank you to both. Any recomendations for a supplier that will not charge a rediculous amount for shipping?
