I just got back from a trip to Beijing where they had skewers with centipedes, scorpions, silkworm coccoons, locusts, and snakes. Roasted/grilled/fried and only about 50 US cents a stick. So my question is, what would you eat or what have you eaten before?
I didn't try anything. The centipede and scorpion looked interesting, but it's the exoskeleton that I'd feel weird eating. I can't even eat shrimp shells. lol And with the silkworm coccoons, there were six per stick and I didn't want to be stuck with having to eat all six. :)
