Import/export of Unicolor Cribos

I am trying to find out about the possibility of export/ import of Drymarchon Corais Unicolor, commonly known as Central American Indigo snake, or Unicolor Cribo, from any one of several Central American countries into the U.S. I have been to the CITES web site, and found nothing. They are not CITES and not protected under any US Laws, so i guess all you have to do is fill out the 3-177 and notify USFW of their impending arrival.

Shouldn't be any problems, unless are listed as protected under US Law.
