Amelanistic corns are a result of a simple recessive genetic mutation that removes all the black from a normal corn. They have a variety of variations including candy cane, fluorescent orange and sunglow. The variations are a result of selective breeding to produce the desired look.

I think Susan covered it.
Candy cane are just that, red and white.
Fluorescent Oranges, and Sunglows share a lot, with stand out oranges, though Flows are more orange, and Sunglows are more red.
Thats about it.
Aneries are sometimes reffered to as Black Albinos.
Albino in corn snakes is also an incorrect term.
Amelanistic is the correct term.
Just for your information.
