I have 1.2 flame bellies and this is what I do:

They are on play sand as a substrate. Flame bellies love to hide and dig, so they have a large piece on cork-like wood to hide under. They get UVB daily, and have a heat lamp giving them a basking spot of 95-115 degrees with nighttime temps in the low to mid 70's. Humidity is kept low. They don't get very big (about 6-10 inches). A good rule of thumb is to have about 10 gallons per lizard.

Hope this helps!
