washinton garters

i live in washinton state and am wondering who sells garter snakes up here

Recently north west seed and pet in Spokane, Washington sold a couple of garters. I recently bought an indonesian garter from them for 14.99 I believe. They have a Northern water snake for 16.99. I believe it's still there. Better hurry! I might buy it!

no one sells native garters (it's illegal) but I don't know of anyone selling non-native garters here, either. My pair of plains aren't even close to breeding size yet.
