Cool! Nicest example of the Jolly Roger morph I've seen in a long time. Too bad it is semilethal, with unexpected spasms of the glottis producing suffocation. :)

I actually saw something similar in D. azureus not too long ago, except it was a painting rather than a photo. Very well done and subtle, it took a while to notice just what it was. I'll see if I can dig up the URL.
