I have 9 Het for Ivory TSF's that I produced from my Ivory male and normal female. 8+ weeks old.
Incubation temp 90 degrees/80% humidity.
5 normal scute and 4 split/abnormal scute pattern (strictly cosmetic and does not affect the tortoise negatively)
I soak and mist my littles daily and feed them a varied high fiber diet. They are healthy, strong, and have had the absolute best start at life here with me.
Do I soak them in the sunshine? Yes
Do I cut grasses and weeds with scissors from my untreated yard? Yes. (Have scissor wounds to prove this)
Do I collect dandelion fluffs and blow them into the tortoises enclosures? Yes
Do I clean their shells off with a motorized toothbrush if need be? Yes
Do my neighbors call me turtlelady? Maybe;)
