Although I have never bought from them there are several people in here that did (click link below). Maybe you need to give them some more time to contact you. How long has it been since your last contact with them? Was it an order you placed already or just an inquiry?

I'm sorry , I should have reworded that. I've dealt with Chuck before, and am just wondering if anyone knew if he was doing ok since I cannot contact him - He has some animals that I am trying to get back from him . Thanks for the help
