now that u mention it I have a buddy who has some old cages that resemble these and im pretty sure he said they were old neodeshas.

These look custom and are probably from before the most recent incarnation of NPI (they had gone out of biz but are now back). A zoo I used to work at had some very similar ones that were circa 2001.

Those look like neodesha cages turned on their side and retrofitted with some kind of custom lower doors and hardware.
