Rat Breeders in Minot, ND.
 

I am in the military and I am possibly getting orders to Minot, ND. Since it is economically better for me to stay on base, I will not be able to have my rats accompany me during that tour. I would like to know if there are any rat breeders in or around that area, or if there is a cheap and efficient way to house my rats somewhere off base (legally). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
