I purchased some chondros from him recently and I couldn't be happier with the purchase! The animals are as nice as he said they where (if not nicer), and his customer service was second to none. He always called when he said he would, he always returned my phone calls and e-mails, and he bent over backwards to insure that the shipping process was as smooth as possible for me on my end.
