check down by the flower fields in carlsbad or in the fields by the bonsall bridge or by lake calaveras on the south side of 78 fwy behind in n out. I herped down their for years and found a few rosies in bonsall and lots of kings and gophers in o side

All of san diego county is crawling with rattlesnakes especially helleri
