About rhinoceros iguanas in the United States

We are a research team in Taiwan Insect Museum and working on a project about the management of rhinoceros iguanas (Cyclura cornuta).
I would like to ask some information about rhinoceros iguanas as followed:

1. Is there any rules of housing rhino iguanas in USA or your location ?
2. What are the procedures of exporting rhino iguanas from USA to other countries?
