Hi everyone! My name is Wesley and I’m new here. I’ve kept fish for a while but when I moved I got rid of all my tanks except for one with a betta, and then the betta died :( it was a bit deformed so it wasn’t a surprise but it was still sad! I considered getting back into tropical fish but I ultimately fell in love with snakes. I planned for months to get a corn snake but then I stumbled across Garters and fell head over heels.

I just asked my landlord (no pets apartment) if she would allow me to get a snake and shockingly she said yes! So this spring I’ll be searching for garters! Ideally I’d love a male Pickeringii and a male flame but there are so many to choose from!

I can’t wait to stalk the forums and learn some stuff!
