I am NO EXPERT on Pogona vitticeps colour mutations. So, please, keep that in mind. If, he/she, is the colour mutation you are describing, I would say he is "low expression" specimen.

However, in my humble opinion, he looks like a nice healthy specimen. Which, again, in my humble opinion, is far more import then whatever color mutation he/she is.

I hope you don't mind, if, I ask you a question, but, what does your screen name mean?

Papi is dad in Spanish. I would imagine the screen name means "frog dad."

As for the dragon, citrus tiger is referred to as a morph in the BD world, but it is not a single gene trait like translucent or leatherback. It is a name for a specific lineage of bearded dragons that have been line-bred for yellow/orange color and bold lavender/blue bars. If your dragon looks that way, but isn't from that specific line, then it isn't a citrus tiger. So, if it wasn't sold to you as a citrus tiger, it isn't one. However, if it was sold to you as a citrus tiger, based on it's appearance, I'd say there's no real reason to doubt it, although it isn't as extreme looking as some of the nicest specimens I've seen from those lines.
