Dart frogs and betta fish

Could a single betta fish live in a sizable water feature with lots of aquatic plants within a dart frog viv? I can't see anything that would conflict between the two but I haven't been able to find anything on this being done before so I thought it was worth it to ask. Thank you

One reason not to would be that the depth of the water necessary for the betta would be enough to drown any dart frogs with the misfortune of jumping/falling in.

Maybe not if they propagated some floating plants for the frog to grab on to. Still the beta would probably maul any frog that got too close.

What about a large salamander going in and out of water with a betta fish
