Shipping Policy

Critter Cove FL always puts the safety of the animals first when considering shipping.

All live animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight (next day delivery) and dry goods will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Most Priority Overnight packages arrive by 10:30 AM. If you live in a smaller town or in a rural area your package may arrive between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

For live animal orders we ship exclusively on Monday through Thursday since FedEx is unreliable during the weekends.

For locations with temperatures below 50° F or above 80° F we may require you to pickup from a Fedex Ship Center near you. Please bring your state issued ID and the FedEx tracking number we provide you with when pickup up from a Fedex Ship Center. If we determine that temperatures are too low or high to ship safely we will hold your animal until it is safe to ship.

If we are shipping directly to your door you must be present to sign for your package.

Shipping cost for live animals is $50 flat rate anywhere within the United States. If you are local to Miami and would like to pickup please contact us to schedule it.
