I have been waiting more than 8 months now for Raphael Mendoza,

to ship the anery possible het albino colombian boa that I paid for last december or give me the refund he promised on April 10th.

I have my paypal receipts.
I made two payments, one on Nov 3, 2005 (paypal ID #3VG83307BL1382723),
and the second and last payment on Dec. 2, 2005 (paypal #ID #61U92547R6213972E).

The asking price was $200. , and my payments were in the amount of 103.00 both times for a total equalling $206. The extra 6 dollars was for paypal fees which I vollunteered to pay.

I expected shipping from December until he finally agreed to give me a refund on April 10th 2006. During this time he felt so bad he didn't ship yet he offered me this snakes anerythristic brother free on Feb. 7, 2006 which I accepted.

This seller doesn't answer my phone calls and is slow to answer emails or doesn't answer at all. The last time I got an email from him was April 17th, 2006, saying my refund "should not be too long" in coming. That was 4 months ago.

I have sent him many many emails. I have offered him terms to give me back my refund. I offered him $50. a month, I offered him $10. a week, I even asked him what terms he needed to pay me back. I got no response.

I apologize in advance for how long this post ism but I figured this is the place. Don't do business with him!

I just looked in my PayPal and I see the payment I made to you on Nov.
3rd 2005. It went to a Paul Clark or orchids9@aol.com. I just wanted
to be sure you recieved the $103. I sent you, before I pay you the

I have another question too. I know the parents of my girl were
supposed to be hets for snow, but the babies all came out anerys.
What strain of albino were they supposed to be hets for, Kahl or
Sharp? In case only one parent was het albino, perhaps Maia could be
a het too.

I made an informal complaint to kingsnake.com about you. Taking my
money and not sending my snakes is not only bad business ethics but
also fraud, a very serious crime. They suggested that I report you to
the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which will lead to a police
report:

individual or a business, we require that you file a complaint at the

I really don't want to proceed Raphael. What I really want is a
definite date you will send my snakes. However if you don't respond
Thrsday the 13th of April by midnight I will do this. At that time it
will have been a month since you have contacted me. I will also now
leave you voice mail to this effect too. Once this is a police matter

Wouldn't it be easier to put my snakes in an insulated box with a

Don't do business with this seller. He has other bad feedback, and now I am telling you he never sent the snakes and never refunded my money. He doesn't answer my emails and he screens me out on his work phone the only number I have for him. I turned him in for fraud to the Internet Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/
4 months ago and havn't heard anything after turning him in for abuse to kingsnake.com, and they recommended that I use IC3. When I told him I turned him in, he removed his website. After I made the complaint to IC3, Raphael Mendoza took his site down.

I plan on making a police report now that I have think that IC3 isn't going to do anything, just like kingsnake didn't. I plan on taking him to small claims court too. The only other recourse is to post here in the BOI so here it is.
