[Help] Leopord gecko with substrate stuck in his nose!

Pease advise. Attempts to remove with wet q tip were futile, didn’t feel comfortable going in with tweezers.

Go in with tweezers, get the finest point tweezers you can find. What kind of substrate is this? Wood chips or...?
