Worms or Crockets for Baby Grey Banded Kingsnake?

So my baby grey banded kingsnake still won't eat voluntarily. I have to tease/force feed her mice tails. When I was young my mom let me keep a wild caught garter snake for a couple weeks and we fed it small earthworms. He loved it. So I was wondering if my tricky eater kingsnake would go for some nightcrawlers? What about crickets or wax worms or hornworms?

I would really love to get her to eat on her own, and nobody seems to sell frozen house geckos.

Tried feeding her a nightcrawler. Had to open her mouth and give it to her, but once she had ahold of it, she really attacked it. . . until in mucused on her and she got scared. I'm gonna be force feeding her until she's an adult at this rate!

Have you tried scenting the mouse? I have to do this with hatchling Arizona Mountain kings as they are picky eaters as well. Just leave a live or frozen pinky in with a lizard in a deli cup and let it acquire the scent. I usually wait an hour or two just to make sure the scent is on the mouse. They usually go crazy after that! If you notice that it’s receptive to the nightcrawler’s scent then maybye try using that as well. Hope that’s helps!
