C. molossus Questions
Let me preface this by saying i have no plans on keeping any C. molossus in the forseeable future. I am not prepared to keep a venemous snake, and the most venemous snake i've owned is a Hognose, and the most venemous i've worked with is Southern Pacific Rattlers (relocation mostly).
I recently saw this species through a friend's photo, and immediately my curiosity exploded. Such a beautiful snake! I was wondering if there was anybody who kept them or any records of them in captivity? They seem to be what would be a very popular species among venemous snake keepers. Should i ever get into venemous snake keeping, this species would certainly be up there in research. But again, i have no plans to keep any venemous snakes anytime soon. Thanks in advance! |
You no doubt saw Tim Cole's photo that's been going around. Truly a pretty snake and one of my favorite Crotalus spp. However, they are not rare by any means and are well-represented in captivity.
