Can use help with Water Monitor Please!
 

Hello all, I have a young Asian Water Monitor who the last 2 days I have found floating upside down in his/her water dish. Can anybody please explain this to me? He/She will appear bloated and upside down almost lifeless in water(floating). Once I pull from water, he/she returns to normal business and the bloated appearance is gone. Is this normal behavior? I have had the lizard for a month or so now and this has only started happening. Nothing has changed in terms of setup, what would cause the monitor to do this? Thanks to all who can offer tips and advice.

Take him/her to a vet asap.
