Hognose legal in ny?
 

Being new York bans all venomous animals would that make snakes like the hognose, beaked snake and vine snake illegal in N.Y.?

Eastern hognose are illegal in NY because there native. Rufous beaked snakes are illegal. Asian vine snakes I'm not sure if they are legal or not.Mangrove Snakes are illegal in the state of ny. Western hognose you can get at pretty much every store around.
