I want to say that this was my first transaction with Mr. Studeny and I hope there are many more to come.

I will start out with communication. Mr. Studeny was always very accessibly and quick to get back with me at any time! This was extremely important in this transaction in specific because I was in an area in which Hurricane Harvey affected the mail system. He was extremely accommodating and allowed my new girl to stay an extra week and get an extra meal in while FedEx was sorting out any shipping issues to my area!

Next is records! He has an excellent, simple spreadsheet that includes the morph, parents' morphs, hatch date, sex, shed dates, weights, and feeding date with prey item listed. This information is so incredibly nice to have. It gives me peace of mind to know he cares enough to track this information and be sure they get an excellent start in life!

This shipping was top notch! She was packaged perfectly in a secured snake bag, surrounded by shredded paper, in an insulated box. Goes back to communication but I think it says a lot that he was quick to check in with me this morning once the animal made it to the FedEx hub.

Last, the animal itself. She appears to be very healthy! Active, inquisitive, excellent temperament, and no signs of any health issues whatsoever!

I'm sure there are details I am forgetting even but overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with this deal! I highly recommend anyone looking for a Retic to get with Justin and see if he has what you're looking for!
