2017 Female MBK

Here is a bright female MBK that hatched last October. She is taking small frozen thawed pinks weekly. She is $175 and shipping is available at an additional cost if needed. Please PM me for serious inquiries and no trades at this time. Thank you for looking.

Wow... I have learned a lot tonight about MBKs. I didn’t realize that some started out like this. I’m so used to the selectively bred black ones. Never too old to learn something new, I guess. Beautiful snake!

You can label her as you like. Here is a photo of her parents and a couple of photos of a 2016 female I held back. This holdback is from the same exact pairing. Although I do not know if she will be all black when fully grown, I can say she is getting darker with each shed. My best "guess" is she will be all black like her parents. Time will tell. Thanks for looking.

Interesting that they start out so highly patterned. It may be possible the parents are integrades (there is nothing wrong with that, the two species do overlap ranges and it happens in the wild). The most heavily patterned non intergrade nigrita that ive seen only had white markings ventrally and on the extreme lower sides, no scale tipping. I am curious as to how both continue to progress.

Were all the offspring as heavily patterned as the two you posted?
