Brisco....I HATE having to get into this thread, but....when you start accusing Julie and Lyman for things that they had NO PART IN....that's where I draw the line! They live in the same complex that I do....I know them VERY WELL! They are the INNOCENTS in this! They are probably the MOST HONEST people you will ever meet!! This WHOLE THREAD should be KEPT between Dave and Richard, where it belongs!! If those two want to commit Business Suicide...that's their prerogative!! But, Julie and Lyman have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS, except having been RIPPED OFF!! They were VERY LUCKY to get their snakes back!!
Why don't you do us all a favor and LEAVE THEM OUT OF THIS!

I have to agree with Neil on this one. I have also met Julie and Lyman, and they are both very nice people. They do not sell reptiles for a living, or even for spare money. They are just a couple of people who are into reptiles, like 90% of the people reading this.

Julie and Lyman I am very sad to hear what has happened to you and your snakes.

As for Dave, if he is a crack head I would have to see it to believe it. One daves a big boy, I dont know to many crack heads with all their teeth and weighing more then 100 lbs. Also I have on occasions seen Dave at a few shows, for extended periods of time and he never once has done ANY drugs around me. I even stayed in the same room as him in Daytona (sadly at this point its not something I like to readily admit with all the drama here) and Dave did not do any drugs. Also Dave and I met the day of the Daytona show (he talked me into coming to Daytona, helped arrange a room, and a few other things) and I had over 15,000$ worth of animals with me. If Dave were such a theif dont you think he would have tried to steal from me (a guy who he had just met, and is easily 100 lbs heavier and nearly 6'' taller then). No DAVES A DRUNK, if your gonna call him names, thats what he is. I dont mean that in a bad way, but come on calling the guy a crack head is Bull.

Im not trying to stick up for Dave, or this thread. I have to agree I Feel this thread is a bit of a business suscide. Im also not saying who is wrong or right, Im just saying I know daves not a crack head, and Julie is a victim thats the truth.

I raed all my post on pg.6 and can not find where I said that it was not pet city.maybe you can point it out for me.As for Cole's address I got it off of the police report I have.I did post his address and other info and I am thinking of posting Dale's to.But first I think I may post some legal papers from Asia concerning Dale along with e-mails from people over there that Dale has scammed and If I can find it Ae-mail from Dianne Bachari where she tell the story of Dale smacking her while they were on their way hereor how Dale is married to a Maylay woman named Kee Bok Khim (Dion) who is talking to the courts in Asia and telling of Dale's crimes,see once she was given the many e-mails that Dianne wrote me about how in love Dal and her are and how Dale is only using her to translate for him.But I really do not believe her because Dale has always said that Dianne is a fat cow that works for free .so do me a favor keep posting this bull sh#%.See I do have a witness that was at Dale's with me last time I was there and me,dianne and someone were sitting in Dale's living room Dale had called from Asia and said some very interesting things about how he could raise money to pay off part of his bill,the thing is that Dale had no idea that there was a third person in the room and Dianne told the lady to be quiet and made me promise not to tell Dale.Hey Dianne remember Connie ?She was sitting there while I worked with the Cobras.Try to remember all that cool stuff that Dale said on the phone about insurance.
