Really man your going that low. I doubt you care for anything but yourself.
And someone like you, how would they belive in god, When your scamming everyone. the only one you should pray for is the dragon. All you are and ever be is a scammer. My offer was a fair deal, since you kept calling me about how to care for him. I told you to get a book, but you probably didn't and thats the most important part of owning a dragon |
You guys should knock off the personal attacks. It's not what the BOI is for. If the situation is resolved (i.e. money has been recieved and the dragon is doing fine), that should be the end of it.

I'm having trouble keeping up with this thread. You did sell the dragon correct? If so, why do you keep referring to it as "my dragon" in almost every post? Once you accepted money and shipped him, he is no longer your animal. That's why it's important to screen who you sell your animals too. I think Seller's Remorse is much worse than buyer's.
If he is returning it, why aren't you offering him a full refund instead of keeping half the money and the dragon? I can understand shipping costs if the dragon is healthy but to keep the part of the purchase price too? Maybe I completely misread or misunderstood the post... That doesn't let the buyer off the hook for his conman PayPal practice. You still haven't received the promised money order correct? Why aren't you addressing this Steven Miller? You were silent about your outright theft but feel the need now to defend yourself about animal husbandry? Why don't you start at the top of the thread and explain the paypal chargeback and why you aren't an attempted thief and a scammer. |

He doe's have a point,....but he clains dragon is doing well.....Also dragon was paid for,
He was claiming the dragon wouldn't eat, and also gave him improper lighting for the size of the tank, The half of the payment was for giving a lot of my time explaining, and baby steping him through dragon care. But he has now claimed on keeping the dragon. So the dragon is full Stevens responsibility |

As far as the b****ing, whey are you listening? If the money situation is finally straightened out, the two of you do not have to communicate. There is tons of dragon info on the net plus advice from your vet. |

Steven why did you try to stop the Paypal payment and how about that money order?
Sonia I wish that we would get paid for all the time we spend helping our customers with there Dragon Care and setups we would make more helping then selling. Unfortunately there will always be that nightmare customer to deal with. Good Luck |
I agree with what Brian has stated and ....

I am always available to help out any of my customers (with info, advice, etc.) and would never dream of charging them for my time. Regardless, you cannot charge him, for your time helping him, as you did not have a prior agreement/contract (be it written or verbal) for this (you would lose if this were in a court case). Of course, like Brian, am not overlooking the initial reason for this thread. To attempt to retrieve money paid, for an item received in good condition, is inexcusable (something a scam artist would attempt). |
Ya no one has the right to recieve money back for explaining dragon care! We have all done it, and i am sure in the begining you had questions too. You should be thankfull he is asking questions, that means he is trying and is learning. No one will excuse Stevens past behavior. But if i wher you i would let it go because you are going to far and making yourself look like the bad guy now!! Payment was recieved this dragon is no longer yours. Like was said screen the people you sell your animals to, its a little late for sellers remorse!!

Ok, I may have overstepd my bounds. I'm still new at this and got a little over reacted when he was :censored:. As i Said before, I have gotten payment from PP. So the responsibility of the dragon is his. I helped Him with, Husbandry only, for Steven to say that his Vet said I'm doing it wrong. I have a vet here that takes care of my Bearded's she know's my lighting is all in order. but beside the fact, the half payment was also for the cancelation and the lying of any MO sent if PP didn't go through.I am new to this, So have to learn as I go. Steven says he's keeping the dragon so, it's his. Also as said before I got paid. And no other money will be exchanged.
The conversation on husbandry was what he called me on the phone for. And I gave him all the information I could, even referenced some books. I tried to do what I could to make the buyer happy. And will probably write out care sheets to be put with the beardies in the future. |
Also gave him the links to where to buy proper lighting equipment; In the heat of the moment I complained b/c of the hours of how to care for the dragon. I had no problem when I was explaining it to him, for the sake of the dragon.
Don't try to turn this against me, I was already punished by the board for improper language. Which was deserved given, what was said. And if you still think bad of me then thats how you feel. I was just trying to make well for the dragon. |
Anyone thats interested, I'm sending 200 overnight to Steven so He can send the dragon back to me. My main concern is for the dragon, and his wellbeing.

It was decided on him and a friend of his (bearded dragon breeder) is going to make sure he's going to be definately sent out. I went on his website and he is legite
|
I didn't insist we both agreed
|
Also I called the bearded dragon breeder who is going to supply him the shipping supplies and he definately says he will be sent out, I didn't say my dragon I said the dragon, not claiming he's mine yet

If what he wants is to keep the critter, then he should do so. It is his. |
If this ends well, I'll be VERY surprised.........
|
He said he couldn't afford to take care of the round worms and coccidia...so for the sake of the dragon, I'm buying him back, I took him to the vet 6 months before selling him, I should have made a vet appointment to make sure if he was clean. but shipping could cause an overload of parasites, So what ever the cause. I'm refunding him the majority of the money. So His bearded breader friend will ship the dragon back to me
|
For the sake of the dragon I hope so.

He says he isn't alowed to post anymore, and I could guess why., but as he said he cared for him, if he truly does He'll send him back.
Either way I'll post if or if I don't get him back. Like I said I want whats best for the dragon |
I think you're going to end up without your money (again), and without the dragon.
|

Why are you are deciding what is best for his dragon? I would like to hear from him that he thinks this is the best course of action and that he is willingly doing this. |
Did you see the vet report for the worms.
|
first the money was just put on hold. it was reversed by PP, so I did get my money.
|
Yes,it was from Banfield and the test show'd positive for roundworms, coccidia, and oh strongiloyd which I don't know where he got that cause it's rare in the first place and not in my region of CA.

Personally, sorry if I lost track of the ins and outs of this transaction, but did you ever receive that money order Steven said he sent to you? Is there still the possibility that the transaction via PayPal (did you say it was paid for by credit card through PayPal?) can STILL be reversed by disputing the credit card charge? Seems to me that if Steven disputes that charge and does not send that dragon back to you, he will have made out like a bandit (literally) in this transaction. I hope you know what you are doing. |

Wow...
There is recent info about this guy all over the boi yet you still opted to send money his way. I too look for this to end worse for you. He will more then likely now have a free dragon. As far as his "breeder" friend, did you actually talk to him?? Steven likes to throw around big time names and tell you how tight he is with these people. All lies. Best of luck with this. |
I talked to the breeder friend and he has only known steven for 2 months. So he gave me his word that he would make sure the dragon would be shipped out.
Steven say'd he couldn't do any posts thats all I know what he said. Also the money he sent in the first place, I got because of PP security even though the mother put a claim on her CC. So if I loose the $ it would be the $ lost in the first place |
I just want to do whats best for the dragon And the bearded dragon guy, didn't like Steven hastleing him all the time so he insured he would have him shipped any other comments can wait till I recive proof of shippment, and or dragon

Not at all just don't want to be called names for trying to do whats right for the dragon, since he can't afford to pay for vet

I texted him, that you and everyone else here wanted to know if it's true.
|
Please tell me who the "breeder friend" is................
I am in the local area and I know people here....who are you talking about?
I too fear that you are going to lose on this deal...we already know what Steven is capable of.....why would you go in this direction????? |
