Can't give karma...
 

Anyone here ever experience this problem?

Just tried it and it worked.

Are you spreading the karma attempts around to different members OR are trying to give karma to the same person too frequently?

I understand how it works. When I touch the scales icon, it lights up and that's it. No options appear.

Do you have something running on your browser that is inhibiting popup screens?

Good thought.
Perhaps like a "Ad Blocker".

I have Ad Blocker and I am currently having no issues with giving karma.

Different types and strengths of ad blockers.
