My experience with boa master wasn't that great either. Mostly due to lack of communication and delayed completion dates. I bought an incubator from them and I'm not that unhappy with it but for how long it took, and the price, I was expecting better (was my first incubator i "bought"). I had to modify a few panels because they weren't cut correctly and had to fix massive air gaps around the door. All in all i still have the incubator as a backup unit and will probably keep it for a long time, but i will never buy another one.

It's been clear to me since seeing other threads about the animals he has sent out, that he does not care about reptiles. This is why I will never buy anything from him again.
