New to hognoses
 

Just got this little guy today.
Het Anery.
Stoked to get into this species. Been a ball python guy for 8 years.
Time for expansion :)

Since no body else has posted: Awesome! Tell you the truth, I have been thinking about getting into hogs as well. I might be getting a pair when this season comes to a close for my balls.

Forgot to ask, how are you liking him so far?

I am hooked.
He eats without issue. He is living on top of my desktop PC with a small heating pad at the moment and loves it. (Have some respiratory problems with my ball pythons, don't want to move him upstairs until the ones in Quarantine are cured and I am SURE the rest are not sick)

And I picked up this girl. Female het albino.

Nice, what are you keeping them in?

Female is a bit bigger and is in a 6 qt. shoe box.
The male is smaller and fits perfectly in this 2.7 quart. He will move to a 6 qt. once he is upstairs.

Nice, I know that my one concern is that they would escape being so small. I guess you would have no choice but to put them in a locking container then.
